QUALITY ASSURANCE

Prior to production our designs are subjected to several analyses with respect to operational efficiency, serviceability, economy of use, ergonomics and compatibility with client work flow. We also closely study how systems come together for a fully functional system.

All designs incorporate ergonomic systems for service and maintenance. Neatly arranged cable ducts, control panels flush with walls, modular design elements, etc. make the units serviceable in a short time.

At every stage of the production phase, we have stringent quality checks and tests. For example, generators are subjected to load tests, pumps and plumbing for pressure testing etc. Post production the complete unit is subjected to a series of commissioning tests, simulating all conditions and fine-tuned for optimal performance before delivery to our clients.
